Hi, I’m Emily

My approach is grounded in user testing and measurable impact, using data to validate and guide design decisions. I partner closely with product and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into clear direction and next steps through research.

Recently, I’ve been delving into AI, learning how to speed up research synthesis, explore more ideas, and move faster without sacrificing quality.

Outside of work, you’ll find me gardening, golfing, or working through a jigsaw puzzle.

Principles that shape how I work

Principles

Communication is the most important design skill

If it’s not understood, it doesn’t move forward.

Be wrong faster

Learn quickly by testing early and often.

Design for scale

Design for where things are going, not just where they are.
